Feedback 3R4CACE app for iPhone and iPad

This app is for general users those who are getting support from Non government organizations and also not very educated and wants to give feedback on project implementation for 3-R-4-CACE project in Ethiopia. This app will work as offline feedback collection tool as internet is not good in remote area, where users can click image for feedback/ issues to be reported for support units. Like Ambulance sent to project site so users can provide support feedback on this activity in their area. IDP user those who wants to raise grievances like GBV gender based voidance etc. can use this app to report with support from NGOs.
